Help Us Design a New Hope for BraveHEARTS T-shirt!!

In honor of CHD Awareness Week, Hope for BraveHEARTS is having a contest to design a new t-shirt.  The theme of the design is, "A BraveHEART is..."
The contest is open to any CHD child or family member*. The winning design will be featured on the next batch of Hope for BraveHEARTS t-shirts and will be available for order after the design is chosen.  Designing a t-shirt is a great way for your child to get involved in spreading CHD awareness and helping raise money for life-saving CHD research!
The details:

Artwork must be done on an 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper.

All artwork must be electronically scanned and saved as a jpg and emailed to OR mailed to Hope for BraveHEARTS, P.O. Box 2924, Irmo, SC 29063 and received by February 1, 2011.

The winning artwork must be submitted in it's original form to ensure quality printing on the t-shirts.

Please be sure to include the word "BraveHEART" in the artwork.  Also, please include the artist's name (first or first and last, whichever you prefer), age, and the defect if it was designed by a heart child.  If designed by a family member*, please include the name of the artist, age, relationship to the heart child, heart child's first name, and their defect.
                   Ex.  Johnny Smith, age 6 VSD  or
                          Sammy, age 5, brother of Johnny, VSD

Voting will be open online on the Hope for BraveHEARTS site and at both the Irmo and Easley pancake breakfasts.  Voting will begin on February 3 and close at midnight on February 15, 2011.  Each $1 donated will count as one vote for the piece of artwork indicated.  100% of all proceeds from the t-shirt contest will be donated to CHD research.
